Oath Advancement
Growth measured through shards, rarity, equipment, and earned identity.
Prism Shards
Duplicate units are never lost.
Additional Attunements become Prism Shards bound to that specific Oathsworn.
Lyria's shards strengthen Lyria.
They cannot be transferred or shared.
Each shard represents another echo of the same oath answering the call.
Rarity Tiers
Every unit possesses a rarity tier that reflects the strength of its manifested oath.
- Tier I
- Oath-Called
- Tier II
- Oath-Sworn
- Tier III
- Oath-Tempered
- Tier IV
- Oath-Forged
- Tier V
- Oath-Eternal
The game tracks these internally as numeric tiers.
The names are the language of the world.
Advancement
Advancing a unit requires Prism Shards.
Oath-Called to Oath-Sworn requires 20 Shards.
Oath-Sworn to Oath-Tempered requires 40 Shards.
Oath-Tempered to Oath-Forged requires 60 Shards.
Oath-Forged to Oath-Eternal requires 80 Shards.
A complete ascent from Tier I to Tier V requires 200 Prism Shards.
What Changes
Rarity advancement may improve base attributes, effective combat tier, passive abilities, active skills, and statistical growth.
Each Oathsworn defines its own progression path.
Not every oath is destined to reach Oath-Eternal.
Equipment and Runes
Equipment shapes a unit's combat role.
Runes refine that role.
Progression is not simply becoming stronger.
It is becoming more precisely who that Oathsworn was meant to be.
No duplicate is discarded. Each is another echo of the same promise.
